Double isolation & bleed
We can offer double isolation and bleed valves in various configurations in all materials: Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Duplex, 6Mo and Titanium.
DIB-1 Both Seats Bidirectional
DIB-2 One seat Undirectional and One Seat Bidirectional
According to API 6D Table K.1 specify the following valves that can be used as double isolation and bleed valve:
Two block valves with bleed between, Slab and/or through conduit gate DIB-1, Trunnion Mounted ball valve DIB-2, Expending plug DIB-1 and expending gate DIB-2. Some valves may have preffered sealing direction and/or specified sequence of operation.
All double isloation & bleed valves are also working as double block and bleed (DBB) valve.
